- Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Zar-Bix or an authorized service provider are not covered by this warranty.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at service@mail.zar-bix.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs if applicable.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective product.
5. Resolution Options
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine whether it qualifies for a warranty claim.
- If eligible, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Repair of the defective product
- Replacement with a new or refurbished item of equal value
- Refund equivalent to the purchase price
6. Shipping Costs
- If a warranty claim is approved, Zar-Bix will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item to you. However, return shipping costs incurred by sending the defective product back to us may not be covered unless otherwise stated.
